Kitchen Before
Small changes added up to a big impact on this kitchen. Brightening the cabinets with a lighter paint color and replacing the darker countertops and backsplash made the whole space feel larger. The kitchen now feels much lighter and looks far cleaner with the crisp white color choice. By switching out the dated light fixture and updating the range, it took a decade or two off the look of the space. Though these updates may seem small individually, when you add them all together this looks like a whole new kitchen.

Bathroom Before
While filled with amenities, this bathroom was in desperate need of an upgrade. The large soaking tub surrounded by a tile ledge took up a very large portion of the space and the walled-in shower felt cramped like a cave sitting behind it. By removing the entire wall and placing a free-standing tub into the shower, the whole bathroom was opened up. Taking out the dated and dark tile and drenching the room in white made the space feel very large. This bathroom is completely unrecognizable with this new layout and is a major upgrade for this home.

Each and every detail of this renovation project was designed to have a large impact on the final look and feel of this home.
